Is the RMB 1,000 activation payment usable for orders?
Yes. An activation payment of RMB 1,000 is required and can be applied toward product costs or shipping charges. Applicable fulfillment and other agreed service charges are billed separately. Confirm the payment and credit arrangements with DropshipVIP before activation.
Does DropshipVIP support WooCommerce fulfillment?
Yes. Approved DropshipVIP accounts can connect WooCommerce for order synchronization, U.S. fulfillment, and shipment tracking updates.
How do WooCommerce orders reach DropshipVIP?
Paid store orders sync to DropshipVIP OMS. The seller reviews the order and submits it for fulfillment after the account has sufficient approved balance.
Does tracking sync back to WooCommerce?
Yes. After a submitted order ships, tracking and fulfillment information can sync back to the connected WooCommerce store.
Where are WooCommerce orders fulfilled?
DropshipVIP uses its NJ01 and CA01 U.S. warehouse nodes. The applicable warehouse depends on the product and live inventory in OMS.
How is fulfillment paid for?
Sellers add funds by bank or Payoneer transfer and upload payment proof. DropshipVIP reviews the transfer before crediting the OMS balance.
Can I get a fixed fulfillment price online?
Catalog orders include product cost, applicable fulfillment charges, and separate shipping. Receiving, storage, or other handling may apply to seller-owned inventory. Share your SKUs, package dimensions and weight, destination ZIP codes, and monthly order profile for a quote.
What information should I provide for WooCommerce onboarding?
Provide your WordPress store URL, product or variant SKUs, expected monthly order volume, and whether you need catalog products or fulfillment for your own inventory. DropshipVIP reviews the connection and fulfillment requirements for your store before onboarding.
Will paying in WooCommerce automatically pay DropshipVIP?
No. Your customer pays your WooCommerce store. You fund DropshipVIP OMS separately by bank or Payoneer transfer, and the transfer is reviewed before the balance is credited. Imported orders still require seller review and submission for fulfillment.
What should I prepare if a WooCommerce order is missing from OMS?
Prepare the store URL, WooCommerce order reference, payment and order status, affected product or variant SKUs, and whether the issue affects one order or multiple orders. Contact DropshipVIP so the store connection and order records can be reviewed. Do not include passwords or API secrets in the inquiry.
